Schipp Immobilien is a family-run business with roots in Nuremberg. Many of us grew up here and studied at local universities, so we understand firsthand how challenging it can be for students – especially those coming from abroad – to find suitable housing.
Our mission is to make that process as simple and stress-free as possible. We offer fully furnished shared flats and apartments, with transparent processes and personal support – from the first contact all the way through to move-in and beyond.
We especially aim to support international students in settling into life in Germany. It’s important to us that you not only find a place to live, but that you feel genuinely welcome and supported.
